Questions, answered
How do I measure for a flat rooflight?
Measure the internal size of your kerb or upstand (the opening you'll see from inside), not the outside. Enter that as width and length — we make the unit to sit over the kerb with the correct overhang.
Is the price on screen the final price?
Yes. The price shown includes VAT. Delivery is added at checkout and is free on orders over £3,000. There's no separate quote step.
What if I enter the wrong size?
We check every order and call you before manufacture. If something looks wrong we'll talk it through and amend or refund — nothing is cut until sizes are confirmed.
What's the difference between a rooflight and a roof lantern?
A flat rooflight is a single flat glazed unit that sits almost flush with the roof. A roof lantern is a raised, pitched glazed structure that brings in more light and a sense of height — ideal over kitchens and extensions.
Do you install?
We supply nationwide. Our products are designed for straightforward fitting by a competent builder or roofer, and we can recommend installers in many areas — just ask.
